Best Paired With
Stevia, monkfruit, inulin, adaptogens, caffeine, and other bitter-producing ingredients. Miracle Mixer was originally created for fixing sour kombucha and beverages sweetened with stevia, but works exceptionally well in nearly everything.
- All beverage applications: 1-2 drops per 100ml
- Simple syrup: 1:50 ratio (1 part Brewch to 50 parts simple syrup)
Use Miracle Mixer 1:1 with flavoring extracts to improve mixing and mouth feel. Add miracle mixer first, stir, then add your flavoring concentrates. The natural action of gum acacia breaks the surface tension of your beverage and allows flavors to meld more completely and naturally for a shelf stable flavoring composition.
